Behavioral Health Workforce Plan Version 1 – December 2021

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) published the first version of the Behavioral Health Workforce Plan, in accordance with IBHC recommendation “Infrastructure #2.”

If you work for a qualified employer — including government and non-profit agencies — you may now be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness for your important public service, even if you were not eligible before! 

 

Who’s Who…Celebrating the SUD Community

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s (IDHW) Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) Substance Use Disorders (SUD) Team produced the first ever publication of “Who’s Who…Celebrating the SUD Community.” This booklet recognizes some of the many people from across the State of Idaho who make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with the disease of addiction.

Establishing the Idaho Behavioral Health Council
